Our Response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We have seen the growing concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We wanted to reach out to you personally to let you know what is happening locally and to assist you in making the best personal decision as far as your future travel plans. We will all face some impact from the virus, and being a small business focused on travel and tourism, the impact for us will be financially significant. We do recognize, however, that in times such as this, that we need to do our part – for us this means ensuring safe travel and maximum flexibility for upcoming stays.

ENSURING SAFE TRAVEL

As of today, there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 in our region. However, your safety and that of our team are our highest priority. With a background in healthcare, we are confident that we already have excellent infection control procedures as part of our daily routines. Nevertheless, in light of the circumstances, and in review of the information provided by our local health authority, we have taken additional measures to make our already great cleaning protocols even more thorough.

  • Our team is receiving ongoing communication and enhanced operating protocols, when necessary.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning all of our public areas (including the lobby, the elevator, door handles, the public bathroom, etc.).
  • We have implemented the use of hospital-grade disinfectant for high touch areas in both the lobby and in our guest rooms – this would include the areas mentioned above, as well as light switches, t.v. remotes, bathroom counters and faucets, etc.
  • We have increased the use of antibacterial hand sanitizers throughout the hotel.
REVISED CANCELLATION POLICY

We are committed to offering you flexible booking and cancellation options. Given these unique circumstances, we will be making a temporary change to our 48-hour cancellation policy.
All existing and new reservations that are scheduled for arrival before April 30, 2020, can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.
Same day cancellations or early check-outs without 24 hours notice, will be only charged for one night’s stay, regardless of the number of remaining days booked.
